Applying for collector vehicle plates and insurance
Before you apply for collector vehicle plates and insurance, confirm your vehicle meets the eligibility requirements and photograph your vehicle following the photo requirements.

If you cannot complete the application online, you can instead fill out an application form . Take the completed form and photos to an Autoplan broker, mail them to ICBC or email them to collector@icbc.com.
