Yes , there should be enforced legislation that requires maximum bulb strength as many vehicle lights are too bright . Similarly they need to enforce legislation on maximum ride heights as many of the light duty trucks ( ie Ford f 150, GMC Sierra , Dodge branded etc ) can blind you with excessive headlight glare and well as unstable ride heights when people put 23-25 inch or more wheels and tires on jacked up frames . There should be more enforcement and ticketing crackdowns
